General Registration Price List
General Registration includes all general sessions, special events, and social functions, as well as attendance at all plenary addresses and invited symposia. It does not include Continuing Education (CE) workshops or optional CE credit for attending plenaries or eligible invited symposia (see add-ons below).

Accompanying Person
Bring a friend or loved one! This ticket allows your non-scientific guest to accompany you to the Awards Ceremony, Welcome Reception, and meeting-wide coffee breaks. Does not include scientific or plenary sessions.
CE Workshops
New! 2-Hour Wednesday Workshops
INS offers 12 Continuing Education (CE) workshops, ranging from 1.5 to 2 hours in length. Information about this year's workshops will be posted as soon as possible.
Optional CE Credit*
Everyone is encouraged to attend our 7 plenary addresses and 5 invited symposia. CE credit is optionally available for these sessions, if you pay an additional fee and get your attendance recorded. Stay tuned for more details!
Cancellation policy
All full and partial cancellations must be submitted via email to: registration@the-ins.org (cancellations are not accepted by phone). Granted refunds will be issued within 3-5 weeks of the date of the request and will be issued via the original payment method. All returned checks or contested payments are subject to a $30 processing fee.
Each full or partial cancellation is subject to the following fee schedule:
- Until Jan 9: Refund less a $50 fee (Students: less a $20 fee).
- Until Jan 30: Refund less a $75 fee (Students: less a $30 fee).
- After Jan 30: No refunds after this date.
The International Neuropsychological Society (INS) is not liable for any illness acquired from or during attendance at the INS 2026 Annual Meeting at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown. Neither INS, the meeting site/venue, or any attendees can be held liable if an attendee becomes sick during or as a result of attendance at the INS Annual Meeting. By attending the meeting in person, you are agreeing to this waiver of liability.
