Interviews at INS
Attendees can use rooms designated for candidate interviews on a first-come, first-served basis. Please use the on-site message boards to post or check for interviewing opportunities. INS does not coordinate interviews.
Room locations and hours will be posted here prior to the Annual Meeting.
Volunteer at INS
Volunteers are needed at CE courses, the registration desk, poster sessions, and to assemble conference bags.

Please review our prospectus for exhibitor and sponsor opportunities. The online payment form will be available on November 25.
On-Site Details
CHECK-IN & REGISTRATION DESK
When you first arrive at the meeting, please visit the appropriate INS Desk (located in the 5th floor foyer), during the hours listed below.
- Check-In Desk: Pick up your badge and materials, ask questions, or turn in a late CE attendance slip
- Registration Desk: Complete a new registration or add-on to your existing registration (add or change CE courses)

- Tue Feb 3: 3:00 - 6:00 PM
- Wed Feb 4: 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM, 1:00 - 5:00 PM
- Thu Feb 5: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 12:30 - 5:30 PM
- Fri Feb 6: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 12:30 - 5:00 PM
- Sat Feb 7: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Camp INS
DAYCARE AT INS
Our fantastic daycare team is returning again in Philly. INS happily subsidizes most of the cost. It's just $10 per hour for one child, or $15 per hour for two kids.
